Do you offer pre-orders?
Selected MecLayer products may be offered through pre-order campaigns.
When a product is available for pre-order, the estimated production or shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality control, material availability, or logistics conditions.
We will provide updates if there is a significant change to the estimated schedule.
Will I receive tracking information for my pre-order?
Yes.
Once your pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Can I combine multiple pre-orders into one shipment?
Currently, separate pre-orders are processed and shipped independently.
Multiple orders may therefore receive separate packages and separate tracking numbers.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-order cancellation is subject to the terms stated on the relevant product page and our Pre-Order Policy.
Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel.
