Warranty Policy

MecLayer products are designed and manufactured with attention to material quality, structural performance, and intended use.

This product warranty applies to eligible MecLayer products purchased through the official MecLayer online store.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

We warrant that an eligible MecLayer product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not generally transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. WHAT IS COVERED

Subject to the conditions of this Warranty, coverage may include:

· Manufacturing defects;

· Defective materials;

· Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process;

· Failure of a component to perform its intended function due to a manufacturing or material defect.

We will assess each warranty claim individually based on the condition of the product, its intended use, and the circumstances of the reported issue.

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not generally cover damage or failure resulting from:

· Normal wear and tear;

· Accidental damage;

· Misuse or abuse;

· Use outside the intended purpose of the product;

· Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair;

· Damage caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters and other events beyond reasonable control;

· Exposure to environmental conditions beyond the product’s intended use

4. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

MecLayer products are wearable products and contain materials and components that may naturally wear over time through normal use.

Examples of normal wear may include:

· Surface wear;

· Minor cosmetic changes;

· Gradual reduction in elasticity;

· Normal wear of straps or textile components; and

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. If specific warranty terms are provided in the instruction manual or documentation for a particular product, those terms shall prevail and govern the warranty for that product.

5. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a warranty claim, please contact MecLayer Customer Support.

Please provide:

· Your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase;

· Product name and, where applicable, product identification information;

· A description of the issue;

· Photographs or videos showing the issue where reasonably requested;

· Other information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

We may ask you to provide additional information or return the product for inspection.

6. WARRANTY ASSESSMENT

After receiving the information reasonably necessary to assess a claim, we will determine whether the reported issue is covered by this Warranty.

Where appropriate, we may request that the product be returned for inspection.

If the issue is determined to be covered, we may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law:

· Replace the product or affected component;

· Provide a replacement part;

· Provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.

The remedy offered may depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and applicable law. A replacement does not automatically restart the original warranty period.

7. WARRANTY SHIPPING COSTS

Where a warranty claim is confirmed to be covered, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

We will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with an approved warranty claim.

8. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

This warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty.

It is provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict, or exclude any mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, legal guarantees, or other rights available to you under applicable law.

Your statutory rights may provide remedies beyond or for a longer period than this one-year commercial warranty.

Where applicable law provides greater rights than this Warranty, those rights will apply.
